SMS / OPT-IN METHODS

How customers opt in to text messages

Paradox Solutions sends transactional texts (payment receipts, invoice links, card-update links) to its own customers — and only to people who opted in. These are the three ways consent is collected, shown with the exact language each person sees. Every checkbox is unchecked by default, consent is never a condition of purchase, and replying STOP to any message ends texting immediately.

Program: Paradox Solutions Payment Notifications · Mobile Messaging Terms · Privacy Policy

Method 1 · Web form

Checkout consent on a hosted payment page

A customer pays through our hosted payment page, enters their own mobile number, and checks the box themselves. The number, checkbox state, timestamp, and source are stored with the payment.

Method 2 · Web form

Contact form on paradoxsolutions.io

A visitor writing to us can optionally agree to receive texts about their inquiry and account. The checkbox is disabled until they enter a phone number, and their agreement is delivered with the message.

Method 3 · Verbal / written, recorded

Consent a customer gives us directly

When a customer asks us directly to text them (in person, by phone, or in writing), we record that consent on their customer profile in our dashboard. The checkbox is an attestation — the date and source are logged, and it cannot be enabled without a phone number.

Disclosure on first contact, and opt-out handling

The first message to any number carries the program disclosure and opt-out instructions. A sample first message:

Paradox Solutions Inc.: Payment of $189.00 received for INV-2026-0098. Ref 349806041717. Thank you! Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) opts the number out of all Paradox Solutions messages instantly and triggers one final confirmation message. HELP returns support information. A customer can opt back in by replying START or checking a consent box again.
